Your order is sent via UPS to your regional post office and delivered to your home or business by your local mail carrier.

Why is shipping to Alaska and Hawaii so expensive?

The cost of UPS shipping to Alaska and Hawaii from Pennsylvania increases exponentially from shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We look forward eventually to being able to further subsidize the shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii.

When Will My Order Ship?

In most cases, orders placed before the cutoff times below will ship the same day. In the event that we are unable to ship all or part of your order, a notification will be sent by email. In many cases, out-of-stock items will be shipped to you directly from the publisher or third party distributor in order to expedite delivery.

If your order is delayed from our regular shipping schedule, we will notify you by email.

UPS Ground Shipping Schedule

• In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.
• Whenever possible, out of stock titles will be drop shipped to you from either the publisher or a third party distributor. If a drop ship is not an option, the out of stock title will be backordered.

• In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.
• Orders with out-of-stock titles may be held up to 5 business days.

Canada via MSI Worldwide Shipping Schedule

• Orders shipping to Canada may take up to 5 business days to process and ship.

Expedited Shipping

• Requests for expedited shipping should be made by calling 1-888-WTSBOOKS between 12:00-4:00 PM EST.


• Expedited orders are not available for Canada shipping.

Do You Ship Outside the U. S. A.?

In order to maintain our super-low prices, fast order processing, and quick delivery, we currently ship only to the 50 United States and Canada.

We are currently exploring options to allow us to ship to more countries. In the meantime, international customers who can supply a U.S. address of a friend or relative to whom we can ship may order by phone (888-WTSBOOKS or 215.886.0999).
