Westminster Bookstore staff are available to assist you between noon and 4:00 p.m Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours, feel free to leave a message or email us at info@wtsbooks.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pennsylvania Tax Exemption

If you are purchasing for a church or ministry exempt from sales tax in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we need to have a copy of your tax exemption certificate on file. You may fax a copy to 215-957-6424 or email an electronic copy to mbickford@wtsbooks.com. Once we have your certificate on file, please type "TAX EXEMPT" in the customer comments box at the end of our checkout procedure. Our order processors, upon seeing this message, will remove the tax from your order before processing your credit card.

Your order is encrypted for transmission and stored on a secure server. If you see "https in front of the web page address on your browser, you are in the secure area of our site.

Accessing/Changing Your Account

You can view your account with us by logging in using the "my account" link found at the top right of any of our pages. There you will see

  • your current shipping and billing addresses
  • a list of all your orders with their current status (click the order number to see details. You can also track your UPS-shipped packages.
  • a logout link, which will remove you from your secured account.

To change any of your account information, click the "edit" link after either "Shipping Info" or "Billing Info," or click either of the edit links in the "My Account" box to the right. (NOTE: While the information shown in "my account" is your "permanent" information, you can always change either address temporarily for any given order.) Your Billing Information must match the current billing address of the credit card you use to place orders with us.

You can change the password you use to log in to our store by logging in to "my account" at the top of any of our pages and clicking on "Change Password" on the right side of your account page.
