Shipping Costs

At Westminster Bookstore you pay one low fixed shipping charge no matter how many items you've ordered! No charges for extra weight or distance. No fuel surcharges. We ship to the 48 contiguous Unites States only. See "Shipping Restrictions" below.)

• Orders $35 and above: Just $4.00 any size order UPS!
• Orders under $35, choose from:
  • NEW! USPS Economy $3.00 (3-21 days*)
  • UPS Ground $7.50 (1-5 days)

Tracking My Package

Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. For shipments sent via UPS Ground, tracking information is usually available the next business day after the package has been shipped. You may check the status of your shipment at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-pick-ups.

You may view UPS tracking information on your order from our home page by following these steps:

1. On the top, right side of the home page, click on Track My Order
2. On the 'My Account' page, enter your email and password.
3. Click on your Order Number.
4. The Tracking Number will be listed along with the details or your order.
5. This will take you directly to the shipping carrier's website for detailed tracking information. Your order could show 'In Process' or 'Pending' for a while before you receive a 'Ship Confirm' message. This means that your order is being prepared for shipment. Click here to track an order.

For orders shipped USPS Economy, only limited tracking services are available. Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email at usps.com, but please realize that US Postal Service tracking is infrequently updated. You should allow from 3 to 14 days for delivery of packages sent by USPS Economy Shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

• All webstore orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Requests for expedited shipping should be made by calling 1-215-886-0999.
• We can ship to an APO address, but please indicate whether the address is a domestic US base or overseas in the "Additional Comments" space on the final checkout screen.
• Webstore orders may only be shipped to the continental United States. We regret that we cannot ship to other countries. Nor can we ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii at this time.

When Will My Order Ship?

We try to keep at least two copies in stock (and hundreds of our more popular items) of every book shown on our web store. In-stock orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays will ship on the same day the order is placed (USPS Economy Shipping orders excepted). We are grateful to be able to provide that level of service as a norm, but we do not guarantee it. Most of the time when an item has gone out of stock we will have more within a few days or, in some cases, we are able to drop ship it to you direct from the publisher or a distributor. So in all but a very few cases, your books are shipped to you within at least five days of our reception of your order. If for any reason an item you ordered may be delayed longer than that, we will contact you to find out if you want it to remain backordered for you. Any items backordered will be shipped to you as soon as we have them at no additional shipping charge.

Items that have gone out of print or long-term out of stock from the publisher are removed from the webstore as soon as we are aware of that situation, and only put back up when we are assured that they will be readily available to our customers.

Any time that you are ordering a large quantity of a book, or have a time-urgent situation, we invite you to call us at 1-888-WTSBOOK. Any of our employees can let you know if a book is in stock or, if it is out of stock, how quickly we can get it to you.

Do You Ship Outside the U.S.?

In order to maintain our super-low prices, fast order processing, and quick delivery, we presently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Canadian customers who can supply a U.S. address of a friend or relative to whom we can ship may order by phone (888-WTSBOOK or 215.886.0999).
