Sande conducts seminars on biblical conflict resolution through the United States and lives in Billings, Montana.

Kevin Johnson is the bestselling author or coauthor of almost thirty books for youth, including Can I Be a Christian Without Being Weird? He pastors youth and families in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he lives with his wife and three children.
