About the Author: Winston T. Smith, M.Div, is the director of counseling at CCEF, a faculty member, a lecturer of practical theology at Westminster Theological Seminary and has been counseling for almost 15 years. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary, where he is also in the process of attaining a Doctor of Ministry degree. He is also concurrently pursuing a Master of Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family degree from Chestnut Hill College. Winston is the author of the mini-book entitled Rest, and is currently working on a book on marriage. Winston has been married to his wife, Kim, for sixteen years and has a son and two daughters. Winston enjoys reading, exercise and fitness, and martial arts. Areas of interest/experience: Marriage and family, depression and anxiety.
