"This study brings you face to face with the promise-keeping God of Joshua and of today. From the first lesson, where we learn of God's promise to Joshua to be with him wherever he goes as he leads the people to the Promised Land; through the middle lessons of God's faithful leading, and victory, and sometimes defeat for the people; to the final lesson of the people's response to Joshua's charge 'to choose,' we are challenged to respond in faith and obedience to this same 'faithful, powerful, covenant-keeping God.' This study encourages and inspires love for and faith in this God who never changes, who will fulfill all His promises. We see this God and are changed!"
Kathy Ladd
director of women's Bible study, Village 7 Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs, CO
