Introducing Lithos Kids

Lithos Kids was founded by Tyler Van Halteren, who was inspired to begin creating beautiful and true books after seeing the impact 20-minute bedtime stories had on his son. He decided to take to the challenge of changing the world through biblically faithful and beautifully illustrated books. He launched the publishing house on Kickstarter with their first book, Little Pilgrim’s Big Journey.Now Lithos Kids has two stellar series available for families to enjoy. We’re excited to highlight them below and hope you and the children in your life will enjoy them as much as we have.

The Kingdom of God Storybook Bible: Perfect for ages 4-12, the Kingdom of God Storybook Bible Set covers Genesis-Revelation with hundreds of vivid illustrations. The series follows Scripture, focuses on God's covenant promises and points to the longing and need for the promised King. There are many people in our constituency who, in a sincere effort to honor the second commandment, refrain from the use of any kind of drawings or pictures of Jesus, even if not intended for a worship context. Out of respect for those who take this position, we have sought to add a note to books in our children’s category which have drawings or depictions of Jesus so that they can factor that into their buying decisions, as they would if they could inspect the books physically.P.S. Our search on Westminster Kids is built with a filter you can apply to search for books withoutimages of Jesus.
