In Send Me, I’ll Go, Jake Taube analyzes current mission trends and challenges potential disciple-makers to personalize the decision to spread the message of salvation. With boldness and without apology, this book examines the call of the Great Commission and offers a vision for western Christians to live, uncompromisingly and sacrificially, the responsibility of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world’s unreached people groups.

Endorsements (${ productEndorsements.length })
“As fervor for sound doctrine ignites in the hearts of believers today, so does the passion for making Christ known around the world. Surprisingly, as this zeal for world evangelism increases, the ratio of laborers on the field to those staying behind remains disproportionately low. Jake hits the nail on the head as he investigates this troubling trend and exposes several misconceptions concerning the call of God, the purpose of the church, and the Great Commission itself. This is a must read for anyone who desires to take the next step from understanding the need to making a difference.”
Tyler Masters
missionary in Tunisia
“The church is inundated with purpose statements and mission strategies, making it hard to clearly know which paradigm is right. Jake Taube's book, Exported Discple-makers, powerfully shows how the church is commanded to 'proactively declare the Gospel to unbelieving individuals in an effort to make them maturing disciples of Christ'. This should result in an increase of disciple-makers being exported into all the world, especially those places where unbelievers are in abundance and the light of the gospel is dim. It is the kind of book that will be used to mobilize generations of exported disciple-makers... those who will not only surrender their lives (interests, passions and dreams) to be thrust into the dark places of the world but also wiling to pay whatever cost necessary to make disciples. The cross of Christ is upheld as its motivation, and its desire is to see the message of the gospel strategically taken to every person on earth!”
Mark Tolson
church-planter in mainland China
“Everyone seems to admire missionaries, but there seems to be such mystery on how someone actually becomes one! Jake brings clarity to the issue biblically and practically in such a way that challenges the status quo, but also thrills the heart. Often contemporary thought about missions is muddy and the task is left undefined, but here you are engaged with the most prevalent notions about missions and are helped to see the global mission with crystal clarity.”
Philip Bassham
missionary in Thailand
“I'm fascinated by Jake Taube's Exported Disciple-makers. It speaks directly to the heart while addressing the heart of the issues thoughtfully. I'm moved by it and if Jake is successful you will be too - moved to China, India, or some other gospel-hungry locale. Read at your own risk! Here is what you long for in a book: an author who is actually living what he is writing about, a current compelling subject where much is at stake, a writing style that is both interesting and thoughtful, and a conclusion that requires you to face yourself and God's call on your life. Who could ask for more? I met Jake when he was only two years into his China missions experience and found him to be interesting, thoughtful, innovative and practical. This book is a mirror of the man and as we examine ourselves in that mirror the chance we will actually find our own China becomes more likely.”
John Moore
international business consultant and missions advocate
“As a missionary and as an avid reader of all things missions I find Jake Taube's Exported Disciple-makers insightful and gripping. The fact that these ideas come from a thoughtful young missionary currently on the battlefield makes it a rare gem. Shockingly few books on missions come from current, active missionaries. Top it off with my having known Jake since he first answered the call to prepare for ministry in missions and I find myself both bursting with pride and in awe of how God has moved and motivated him to share something so valuable.”
Chris Gardner
church-planter in Peru
“I remember a moment three years ago when my friend Saeed in Morocco exclaimed to me, That was the best two days of my life! He had been arrested, interrogated, threatened, and put on trial for preaching Christ. There is a moment in the life of every victorious Christian when he is freed from the burden of selfish pursuits by realizing the glory Christ's Commission. I remember sitting next to Jake in a microscopic church in Cincinnati when he had that moment. This masterful book is a clear defense of the reasonableness of that moment and is so written to create that life-changing moment for you!”
Aaron Bashore
missionary to Morocco
“Come face-to-face with your inner fears and excuses for not taking the gospel to those who have least heard! This book will call you out and threaten to reshape your paradigm like few have. Every committed Christian must read this game-changer on global missions. However, you need to be warned about Jake's book... if you read it, you'll no longer be able to keep your head in the sand!”
Jason Holt
church-planting missionary in Santiago, Chile
“In Exported Disciple-makers, Jake Taube will wake you up and shock you with things that you already know but maybe haven't yet put together. We in Western churches have talked about going to the world long enough. Our words like missional have become clich. Beware! Reading this book just might cause you to rise up and do something with your life. The dam might break, the flood of Gods Word just might break lose and flood the parched ground all over the world. Read it. Think it over. Share it with others. But more than anything, wake up and act personally on what you find in this book!”
Austin Gardner
church-planting pastor of Vision Baptist Church, Alpharetta, Georgia former church-planting missionary in Peru
