Q: How do I get the eBook onto my device?

A: After placing your order, download the eBook from your download page.

1. Access the download page any of the following 3 ways:

Method A: Email

You will receive an email with a link to download your digital file a few minutes after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note: This email may arrive a few minutes after your order confirmation email. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.

Method B: Order Confirmation Page

After you place your order and are brought to the order confirmation page, click on the “Access Digital Content” button.

Method C: Account Page

On your WTS Books Account Page, click on the appropriate order number. Then click the “Access Digital Content” button.
    2. On the download page, click on the link for the appropriate eBook file. (If you are using an iOS device, you will need to download and open the file on the Files App.)

Q: How do I get the eBook onto my Kindle or Kindle App?

A: We recommend emailing the MOBI file to your Kindle email address. This way, it will be uploaded to the cloud and automatically download onto your device. (For the Kindle for Mac app, see next question.)

    1. Go to Amazon's Manage Your Kindle: Manage Your Content and Devices.

    2. Select the device you want to read on and find the email in the device summary. This is your Kindle email address.

    3. Email the MOBI version of the eBook to your Kindle email address.
    4. After a few minutes, refresh and the eBook should show up in your library. (If not, check your Amazon email address to see if you were sent a security verification email asking you to confirm you are attempting to send the eBook.)

Note: The eBook file must be sent from an email address on your Amazon "Approved Personal Document E-mail List." You can add an email address to the list on Amazon's Manage Your Content and Devices >> Preferences. Find the Approved Documents List under Personal Document Settings

If you are using an iOS device you can:

    1. Find the downloaded MOBI file on your Files app.

    2. Long press the file and select "Share".

    3. Select the Kindle App and follow instructions to send to your Kindle.

For other methods of adding your eBook to your Kindle library, see Amazon's Send to Kindle instructions.

Q: How can I read my eBook on my Mac? / Why is my MacBook Kindle app crashing when I try to open my eBook?

A: Some Kindle for Mac users have noted problems opening non-Amazon MOBI files on their computers. If you want to read an eBook on your Mac, try the following options:

    • Download the ePUB version and read your book on the Apple Books app.
    • (For products with PDF downloads) Download the file and open the PDF in your Kindle app.
