If your church or ministry qualifies for tax-exempt purchases, we can set up your Customer Account to be exempt. In order to do that, please submit your information and tax-exempt certificate below using the same name and email from your Westminster Bookstore Customer Account. Once the form has been submitted, your customer account will be set up to make exempt purchases.
