The Good News
2025 was an extraordinary year for us–over 60% more biblically faithful books and Bibles shipped out from our warehouse compared to 2024. The Lord is clearly at work, igniting an appetite for deep study of His Word among His people–Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
As a result of this increased volume, we’ve outgrown our current warehouse.
Last week, our team set in motion the first phase of a plan to transplant our inventory to a new facility in partnership with a best-in-class fulfillment company. This new partnership will exponentially expand our ability to scale, enabling a significantly higher volume of orders while also improving the quality of our packaging and the speed of our delivery.
The Bad News
Unfortunately, after we shared our intent to move, our current warehouse provider unexpectedly initiated a request to vacate within 30 days. As you can imagine, this dramatically alters our initial plan to gradually transition over the span of 3 months. We are now faced with the task of packing and shipping hundreds of thousands of books across the country in t-minus 25 days and counting.
3 Ways You Can Help
-
Continue Shopping–We exist to get books into the hands of God’s people, for the strengthening of His church. If you can afford to wait a bit longer for your books to arrive, it would help us greatly to keep placing orders while our books are in limbo. If you do need a book urgently, reach out to our support team.
-
Pray that the Lord Would Give Us Patience–This move is all about being able to serve you better through faster, higher quality shipping. Our goal is to continue shipping out as many orders as possible during the transition. We are eager to deliver your books in the most timely fashion, but are humbled by the reality that for this small window you might experience some delays. Keep an eye on the stock quantity notes on our product pages. “In stock” titles should still be available for delivery, while “backordered” books will take more time to arrive.
-
Support us Financially–If the news of exploding demand for biblically faithful books brings a smile to your face and a prayer of thanks to your lips, can I invite you to consider going one step further? The rushed nature of our move means it will cost more–both in lost sales and expedited timelines. We’re aiming to raise an additional $100,000 to offset these expenses.
The Lord has been kind. We’ve already raised $10,000 towards this goal. He has sustained this humble book ministry for 23 years, and we look forward in eager anticipation for how he will use us in new ways with this move

About the Warehouse Move
Why is Westminster Bookstore moving warehouses?
Why is Westminster Bookstore moving warehouses?
Over the past year, the Lord has blessed Westminster Bookstore with significant growth. To better serve customers with faster shipping, improved packaging, and greater long-term capacity, we are transitioning from our current warehouse in New Kensington, Pennsylvania to a new fulfillment partner and facility in Dallas, Texas.
Was this move planned, or was it unexpected?
Was this move planned, or was it unexpected?
The move itself was planned as a gradual, three-month transition. However, our current warehouse unexpectedly requested that we vacate the facility within a much shorter timeframe, which accelerated the move and introduced additional complexity.

A “backordered” item may be temporarily unavailable due to inventory being in transit. In many cases, stock is on the way either from publishers or between warehouses, and backordered items may still ship sooner than expected.
